Cape Linen Rentals offers delivery of your linens, towels, chairs and umbrellas to your vacation spots from Yarmouth to Eastham. We offer three easy ways to order:

ORDER POLICY + DELIVERY FEE’S:
To best ensure order accuracy and availability, we recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. In order to process your order, we require ALL standard orders to be received 48 hours prior to delivery / arrival date. Orders placed with less than 48 hour notice are subject to an additional fee. Thank you in advance!
$20 Delivery Fee – Yarmouth to Eastham
$35 RUSH Delivery Fee for orders placed under one week: Yarmouth to Eastham
$50 EMERGENCY Delivery Fee for orders placed with 48 hours: Yarmouth to Eastham

Please note that there are no refunds given for items ordered and delivered but never used.

Orders are for for 1 week (or shorter) stays. If you are staying for 2 or more weeks, you will need to indicate that in your order and purchase a 2nd week of each item at 1/2 off the price of the first week. We offer 50% off for each additional week of linen rentals.
Service Area:
We service the towns between Yarmouth and Eastham for delivery. Those are Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, and Eastham.
We offer a pickup service for people renting in Wellfleet, Truro, or Provincetown. To place an order for pickup please email us or call our office to place your order. No delivery fee for these pickup orders.
If you need service for Barnstable - Bourne (Barnstable, Mashpee, Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne) please visit our friends at Lobo's Linen Rental.
Orders placed with under one week of notice
While we do ask that all orders be received at least one week prior to delivery, we will do our best to accommodate an order placed under that time frame. For orders within 48 hours including, same day order and delivery, you MUST call that order in. Same day, or next day, orders cannot be made online or via email.
An additional fee of $35 will apply to orders under one week, and an additional fee of $50 will apply to orders within 48 hours.
You must call 508-896-1948 to place a next day, or same day order! Next day and same day orders can NOT be placed online or via email.

Confirmation Emails:
Once an order is received a confirmation email will be on the way. **It is important to add info@CapeLinenRentals.com to your address book. If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your SPAM or JUNK folders.
Inclement Weather:
Our deliveries are made rain or shine on their scheduled date. We deliver in waterproof totes and, when necessary, waterproof bags. No matter the weather conditions, your linens will be safe and ready to use upon your arrival.
Bed Making Service:
$16 per bed for bed making
$21 per bed for bed making AND stripping
Tenants are responsible for getting access info of property to us PRIOR to date of arrival so we can make routes. At this time, we are unable to accept orders for these services online, but you can order these services with a phone order. For more information please see our Bed Making Page
Special Orders:
ALL “Special Orders” MUST be called in: 508.896.1948
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 14 days notice for a 100% refund. Cancellations that are received 13 days or less before schedule arrival will receive 50% refund.
Delivery & Pickup Policy:
We guarantee delivery by 5pm* on the date of your arrival.
At the end of your stay, simply put sheet sets and towels in the bin provided to you on delivery and place it OUTSIDE by 9am on your date of departure. We’ll take it from there. It’s that simple and that convenient.
A $75 fee will be charged if linens are not stripped from the beds as well as the towels not collected from bathrooms.
Pickups of dirty linen MUST be ready by 9am on your departure date. If we need to return a $35 fee will be incurred.
What Happens To Old Products:
We upgrade our linen stock often including purchasing new items several times during the season. Our used linens have a lot of life left in them after we are done with them so we make sure to donate our used sheets and blankets to the Salvation Army and Independence House, and our used towels are donated to the MSPCA of Brewster for shelter animals.
